Add brilliant luster to your fashion line with foiled graphics. Custom Foil Heat Transfers are applied using a two-step process onto 100% cotton & poly-cotton blends. Each roll is 12 in x 600 ft.
Foil is applied as a two step application that requires a custom foil heat transfer.
Step 1 - Apply a custom foil transfer
- Time: 7 Seconds
- Temperature: 350°F
- Pressure: 50-60 PSI (Automatic)/Max (Manual)/8-9 (Digital Manual)
- Peel: Hot/Immediately
Step 2 - Apply the foil
Cut the foil to the size of the image that you intend to embellish. Place the foil over the design area. Make sure all ink is covered before closing the press.

- Peel: Cold/Allow the foil to return to room temperature before peeling
Application Guidelines
For an optimal experience, we recommend covering your Silicone transfer with a teflon sheet (not included) before pressing. Then, using a commercial grade heat press:

Care Instructions
We do not recommend washing garments with applied Silicone transfers for 24 hours. Once enough time has elapsed you may wash and handle your decorated apparel using the care instructions listed on your garment.
Recommended Fabrics
Due to its low application temperature of just 280°, Silicone reliably applies to a long list of fabrics. This includes but is not limited to standard cotton, polyester, nylon, and performance fabrics like elastane.
Artwork Guidelines
We accept most file types & artwork. RGB vector art and 300dpi+ raster art are preferred. Design with 1pt positive space & 1pt negative space for best results. You can read our full list of art recommendations here. Our team reviews all submitted art to ensure it will print properly.
