We’ve updated how artwork requests are submitted. Please email our Art Services team directly and include the details listed below to ensure fast processing.

Please Include:
- Your full name
- Company name (if applicable)
- Order number (if this relates to an existing order)
- A clear description of the project
- Deadline or timeline
- All relevant artwork files attached
File Guidelines
- Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, or high-resolution TIFF
- Minimum 300 DPI for raster files
- Vector files preferred when available
- Please convert fonts to outlines when possible
Typical artwork review turnaround is 1–3 business days. If your request is urgent, please indicate this clearly in your email subject line.
