Orders that have individual line items cancelled, which drops the total cost below $200, will be subject to the appropriate shipping costs being applied to that order.

Unfortunately we can not accommodate switching back and forth between shipping on your Freight Collect Account and shipping on the FM Expressions account.

Turnaround times are based on business-days and do not include weekends or observed holidays. These times also assume that submitted artwork does not have quality issues or concerns.

Example 1

• Customer places order at 11AM ET, selects an option that requires a proof approval. 
• Preflight proofs out at 12:30pm ET
• Customer approves proof by 1:30pm ET
• Order still qualifies to ship same day

Example 2

• Customer places order at 11:57 AM
• Preflight fails for low res at 1:30pm
• Customer sends corrected file by 2:30pm
• Order still ships same day

Example 3:

• Customer places order at 9:00 AM
• Preflight fails at 1:00pm
• Customer responds at 2:30pm
• Order ships the following day since they did not respond within an hour

Turnaround times and shipping estimations are based on "normal quantity orders." Occasionally, larger quantity orders may be subject to an additional turnaround time, depending on the size and quantity requested. Customer Support will contact you if your order is determined to be above a "normal quantity" and give you an updated shipping date.

We can ship internationally around the world. We offer UPS and FedEx international shipping methods. *Please note - FedEx is only available if you have a FedEx Freight Collect Account. You would need to provide the FedEx Freight Collect number to us so your account can be updated if you would like to ship on a FedEx Account.
The UPS shipping prices will be available for viewing once you place an order in your online shopping cart. The approximate transit times are as follows:

UPS Worldwide Saver - 1 to 3 Business Days
UPS Worldwide Expedited - 2 to 5 Business Days

Orders ship from our Gordonsville, Virginia 22942 address by UPS. All listed delivery times are based on delivery times provided to us by the shipping carrier. We will not accept any liability for the failure of any carrier to fulfill a promised delivery time. We are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather or for issues beyond our control.
