Have questions?
Do you have minimum order requirements?
For a lot of what we sell, no! We offer no minimums on many custom transfers, so you can order exactly what you need (even a small test order). Some specific programs or options may have minimums depending on the product you choose.
How fast do you ship?
We have some of the fastest times in the entire industry! DTF single image transfers ship same day on orders of 300 pieces or less when placed by 12PM EST. Our daily cutoff for all other products is 3PM ET (Mon-Fri). If you order items with different turnaround times, everything ships together based on the slowest turnaround.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free UPS Ground shipping on DTF orders over $99 and all other online orders over $200 shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states (minimum subtotal before shipping, taxes, and fees). We also offer a $12 ground shipping option on eligible orders.
Can we try your transfers before placing a bigger order?
Yes. We offer a sample pack, and your first sample pack can be free with free shipping when you use the code FreeSample at checkout (limit 1 per customer). It’s the easiest way to test application, feel, and durability before you commit.
Can I use Canva to create my design?
Yes! You can absolutely use Canva to create your artwork. Just make sure your file is high resolution and exported at the correct size. We recommend downloading your design as a PNG (with transparent background if needed) or a high-quality PDF for best print results.
