Online ordering is now available. Your custom spot color transfer order will ship in 3 BUSINESS DAYS from receipt of approved artwork. Our daily order cutoff is 3 PM EST. You will receive a confirmation email from your account manager.

    NEW! DISTRESS PATTERNS
    Add a distress pattern to your custom artwork for only $10. To have a distress filter applied to your custom artwork please reference the distress pattern number when placing your order. Adding a distress filter to your custom artwork will result in a loss of detail and/or portions of the art not printing.

    PRICING

    If you require a custom pantone match, please include the pantone number(s) with your order. Custom Pantone matches are available for $20 per color.
    Note: Neon colors are transparent and require a white under base to be opaque on darks. Please factor in an extra color for neon inks.

    ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
    Formatting your artwork according to the specifications below improves turn-around time, quality and allows you to have your custom Spot Heat Transfers printed free of any art charges. If your artwork does not meet specifications, your account manager will provide a quotation that you can approve to have our art staff make the corrections or you can make the changes and resubmit your art file. Turn around time begins when approve artwork is received.

    VECTOR ARTWORK

    SIZE
    Artwork must be supplied at the final size desired.

    FILE FORMAT
    Adobe Illustrator CS5 of previous editions or Corel Draw X5 or previous editions are accepted formats.

    PLACED IMAGES
    All Artwork contained in the art file must be vector and cannot contain placed images.

    COLOR
    Use white in any area that you wish to have white printed. Do not use white to "mask out" areas that represent shirt color.

    FONTS
    All fonts must be converted to curves (Corel Draw) or outlines (Illustrator). Learn More

    LINE THICKNESS
    Minimum line thickness is 1 point (.034"). Non-print areas need to measure 2 points thick.
